$250k Cash & 100kg Cannabis Seized in Adelaide

A dent has been put in the cannabis supply for Adelaide locals with a recent seizure stopping around 100kg of dried cannabis from being lit up. The cannabis, worth approximately $670,000, according to South Australian Police, was found in an industrial warehouse in Mawson Lakes - around 12km north of the Adelaide CBD. Acting Detective Chief Inspector Jon Halliday said it's business as usual for officers in the unit.

A 27-year-old man from Mawson Lakes was arrested and charged with several criminal offences. He was refused bail and will appear before court on April 14.
