South Pacific Hemp

South Pacific Hemp is the first store dedicated to hemp products in Canberra. The store was founded by Darren Steinhardt and Brett Walker, who opened South Pacific Hemp in early 2021. They also run South Pacific Hydroponics. 

They carry a range of hand-selected items made by small businesses in Western Australia, New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania. That includes hair and beauty products, baby clothing, pet products, hemp-based homewares, linen and bedding products, bags, kitchen accessories, books and clothing. The store also carries hemp flours, protein powders, and hemp seeds - which are organic, vegan, and gluten-free.

South Pacific Hemp’s store aims to bring the benefits of hemp to more Australians, as hemp is a versatile, nutrient-rich, eco-friendly plant. Although cannabis has been decriminalised in the ACT, South Pacific Hemp does not sell smokable cannabis. 

The store is open from 10 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays.
