Health House International
Health House International (ASX:HHI) is an international distributor of medicinal cannabis that operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
The company was originally founded in 2014, with their board and shareholders helping to found medical cannabis companies Zelira Therapeutics, CannPal Animal Therapeutics, and AusCann Group.
In 2019, Health House International acquired (HHI Australia Pty Ltd), which held the first medical cannabis importation and distribution licenses. They would later acquire UK-based company Health House Pharma Limited and Gees Pharmacy. Since entering the medical cannabis industry, the company has distributed medical cannabis from big brands like ANTG, iX Biopharma, Little Green Pharma, Zelira Therapeutics, Ananda Hemp, Satipharm, and HAPA Pharm.
Health House International was publicly listed in March 2021, after raising $3.5 million under public offer. The company also acquired German medicinal cannabis company CanPharma in 2021.
