Botanic Wellness Limited is a medical cannabis hemp investment company. It was first established in 2019 and now operates in the United States and Australia. The company has licensed indoor and outdoor CBD and hemp facilities in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and New South Wales. The company also plans on expanding into California and further in Australia when hemp laws are relaxed. 

The company partners with farmers or smaller businesses who want to enter the hemp and medical cannabis industries. The company supports farmers through the cultivation process and splits the proceeds 50/50. Botanic Wellness has plans to expand its operation to include in-house processing in both Australia and the USA. 

Botanic Wellness Limited announced plans to list on the ASX in July 2021 with a pre-cash valuation of $58.8 million.
