They offer in person consultations at their clinics, but they also offer telehealth video and phone consultations available to patients nationwide.

Patients first start their journey with Australian Access Clinics by attending an assessment - whether in person or via telehealth, where their doctors will determine if alternative therapies are a suitable option if conventional treatment has not provided relief to the ailment. Next, their doctors prescribe and inform patients on the appropriate product and dosage, tailored to individual needs. Finally, the prescription will be delivered to the patient’s door or made available at a pharmacy for the patient to get access to treatment. Follow ups will be scheduled to keep an eye on the safety and efficacy of the patient’s treatment.
