13 Seeds is a health and wellness brand delivering quality, Australian-made products direct to consumers at affordable prices. Owned by ASX-listed plant-based food, nutraceutical and skincare company Live Verdure (ASX:LV1), 13 Seeds provides customers with innovative, research-backed plant-based supplements, food and drink products using Tasmanian-grown hemp and other superfood ingredients including turmeric.
13 Seeds was founded by businessmen Ran Vaingold and Gernot Abl who discovered the business at a trade show in 2017 following the legalisation of hemp as a food. Since then, the company has grown 10-fold since the first round of capital raising. In December 2020, 13 Seeds listed on the ASX.
Known for its science-focused approach and developing best-selling products such as turmeric supplement TheraJoint+, 95 per cent of 13 Seeds’ sales are generated via the company website. Its products can be purchased direct on the website and through Amazon in Australia and the US.
